Rocambole de Camarão
Ingredientes
300 grama(s) de camarão(es) médio(s)
1/2 cebola(s) média(s)
1/2 limão(es)
1 pimenta(s) vermelha(s) dedo-de-moça
1 folha(s) de louro
3 ramo(s) de cheiro-verde
1 colher(es) de chá de sal
1/2 xícara(s) de chá de leite
1 colher(es) de chá de manteiga
1 ½ colher(es) de sopa de farinha de trigo
2 ovo(s)
2 batata(s) média(s)
1 ½ colher(es) de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado
1 dente(s) de alho
1/2 colher(es) de chá de sal
1/2 colher(es) de sopa de manteiga
1/2 cebola(s) média(s)
1/2 colher(es) de chá de pimenta branca em pó
1/2 xícara(s) de chá de salsinha
1/2 colher(es) de sopa de ketchup
1/2 colher(es) de sopa de molho inglês
1/2 colher(es) de sopa de maisena
1/2 lata(s) de creme de leite
1/2 xícara(s) de chá de queijo parmesão ralado
1/2 colher(es) de chá de sal
Modo de preparo
Limpar, lavar bem os camarões médios sem casca. Temperar com 1/2 cebola(s) média(s) ralada(s), 1/2 limão(es) espremido, 3 ramo(s) de cheiro-verde amarrados, 1 pimenta(s) vermelha(s) dedo-de-moça e 1 folha(s) de louro. Deixar por 1 hora.
Preparar Massa: pré-aquecer o forno em temperatura forte 10 minutos antes de levar para assar.
Cozinhar 2 batata(s) média(s) com 1 colher(es) de chá de sal, escorrer.
Depois de cozidas passar as batatas no espremedor, colocar no liquidificador com 2 ovo(s), 1/2 xícara(s) de chá de leite, 1 ½ colher(es) de sopa de farinha de trigo, 1 colher(es) de chá de manteiga e 1 ½ colher(es) de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado, bater bem.
Untar um forma retangular com manteiga e polvilhar com farinha de trigo, despejar a massa dentro da forma e levar para assar 40 a 45 minutos aproximadamente.
Depois de assada virar em cima de um pano de copa, enrolar e reservar.
Preparar o Recheio: enquanto a massa fica no forno, colocar 1/2 colher(es) de sopa de manteiga em uma panela, quando derreter, dourar 1/2 cebola(s) média(s) picada(s) e 1 dente(s) de alho espremido(s), juntar os camarões, dourar um pouco. Colocar todos os ingredientes do tempero e 1/2 colher(es) de chá de sal, deixar cozinhar. Cortar os camarões ao meio e reservar.
Preparar o Molho: misturar 1/2 colher(es) de sopa de ketchup, 1/2 xícara(s) de chá de queijo parmesão ralado (reservar um pouco do queijo para salpicar o rocambole), colocar 1/2 colher(es) de chá de sal e 1/2 colher(es) de sopa de molho inglês, adicionar os camarões reservados, 1/2 colher(es) de chá de pimenta branca em pó (opcional), 1/2 colher(es) de sopa de maisena, 1/2 xícara(s) de chá de salsinha picada, levar ao fogo, mexer bem a té cozinhar a maisena. Provar para ver se está bom de sal, acrescentar 1/2 lata(s) de creme de leite, misturar e reservar.
Montagem: desenrolar a massa e espalhar o creme de camarões em cima da massa.
Enrolar de novo com auxílio do pano de prato e colocar em uma forma untada. Salpicar com queijo parmesão ralado. Levar ao forno só para esquentar por 15 minutos. Servir em seguida.
